Not only are all our parts thoroughly inspected and tested, but we offer a 30 day replacement warranty on all our parts.

 

We guarantee all of our parts to function properly and to be correct for your vehicle (as requested).

 

If, for any reason, one of our parts fails or is wrong for your car, we will gladly replace it within 30 days (receipt required).

 

Please note:
Be sure of the part that you need.  We warranty that the part you purchase is functioning properly and correct for the vehicle you request it for.  We are not responsible for errors in identifying your vehicle or diagnosing the problem with your vehicle and can not exchange parts as a result of such errors. 

 

More details:

• Warranty covers replacement of parts only.  Roz Auto Salvage is not responsible for service/labor charges incurred.
• Warranty covers replacement part only if part fails under normal use or service.
• Absolutely no merchandise returnable without our consent and the original invoice.  No exceptions.
• No refunds or returns on special order items, or special cuts.
• No approved returns on electrical parts.  If the electrical part is defective, we will exchange it for the exact same electrical part.
• All approved refunds are subject to a 25% handling fee.
• Any parts that are damaged or altered are not refundable, and the warranty will be voided on that said part.
• Roz Auto Salvage makes no claim as to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose.  Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of parts purchased for purposes intended.  If product does not fit or work, Roz Auto Salvage will provide another suitable part.
• Roz Auto is not responsible for any loss of wages, towing charges, storage charges or rental charges due to part failure.
• Tires are sold in ‘As Is’ condition.  Roz Auto Salvage makes no other warranties, promises or guarantees.
• Roz Auto Salvage is not responsible for loss or damage to customers’ vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, vandalism, acts of God. Or any other cause beyond our control.
• Your invoice is required for return of all core charges.
